Teledyne Wavesurfer 3024 200MHz Oscilloscope. Model No. WS3024. Includes front cover and power cord. Condition - Physical condition is excellent showing very few minor marks. Unfortunately the unit will not boot up completely when powered on. Only goes to "Teledyne" screen, then restarts. Does this for a few minutes then goes to a repeating blue screen. See photos.
