DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS - PLEASE READ

• Our delivery zone for large items (e.g. furniture) is confined to a 40 km driving distance from the purchased store. If your delivery address is not within this limit, we will contact you to state that delivery is not possible and you will be refunded for your purchase. Exceptions do apply if you have spoken to us and delivery was deemed possible.
• Delivery is to ground floor only and unloaded up to 15m from the delivery vehicle
• Items are generally delivered assembled apart from desks and tables which generally come disassembled requiring assembly by the customer
• Deliveries times will be scheduled with the customer, typically occurring 5-10 working days from purchase
