I import these tees then I work my magic. I hand cut the bottom into tassels then I knot them. They look very cool over the jig saw pants. Measurements have been taken with the garment lying flat. Bust 120cm. Finished length 60cm includes tassels which measure approx 15cm Stretchy so plenty of give which will fit a variety of sizes.
