COLLECTION available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am till 4:00pm (Work hours of TM Staff), see notes below for Wednesday & Weekend collection.

Wednesday collection is unavailable. For Saturday or Sunday please email a request before 3pm Friday or your item will not be ready for collection. Anything brought over the weekend can be picked up the following Monday.

SHIPPING: We aim to have your item packaged and with the courier within one or two business days from when payment is received. If an item listed is too large or heavy for the Trade Me Courier system you will need to arrange your own courier or transport company to pick up the item from Trash Palace in Porirua.

• Please be aware rural towns (outside main towns/cities) can incur Rural shipping costs.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made via Ping or Direct Credit - Payment must be made prior collection.

WARRANTY: Our used items do not carry any warranty from the Manufacture due to warranty periods have expired. Therefore we don't offer any warranty on any used items we sell as Manufacture does not carry on ANY warranty to us after factory warranty has expired.
