For auction is a set of six blank Sony Minidisc (MD) discs. Three of each type - the ES and the Dualshock. All six discs are brand new and sealed, and each come with matching sleeves and labelling decals / stickers. All six discs were Japanese-release only, and are made in Japan.

• 3x ES MD. Rare 80-minute variant (typically only sold in 74 minute variants). Designed for use with Sony's ES (Elevated Standard) MD decks, or Type-S recorders in all other applications. A white disc case with gold accents, as well as a unique disc coating with reduced-error tolerance ensuring near-pure sound recording and playback. Arguably the best prosumer / consumer-market disc you can get
• 3x Dual-Shock MD. 80-minute discs, part of the Color (Colour) Collection, in the Prism Gold colour scheme. Sony's 4th (and last) generation shock-absorbing MD media before they gave up on MDs altogether, the dual-shock variant combines all their shock resistant research into a single disc. Makes use of special grooves on the disc housing, as well as a perimeter band, to reduce resonance and offer high quality audio regardless of playback environment. Sought after by those using their MDs outdoors or on vehicle MD decks (I can vouch for these in vehicles!)
