FAQ:

You may be asking, why does this person own so much unused makeup? Did it fall off the back of truck? Are they weird cheap knockoffs? No & no. Everything in my mountain of makeup is authentic.

I'm a avid makeup/beauty collector (cough... hoarder). Except I'm like one of those people that collects comic books but never reads them because it entails taking them out of their plastic sleeve. So I really do need to pass stuff on to people who will use it instead of just staring at it and periodically whispering "My preciousssss..."

OTHER STUFF:

If any items are spectacularly damaged during transit (exploded everywhere, broken, squashed etc), do lodge a claim with NZPost. I take pictures of the outer packaging before posting them, ensuring that I have some record of how well it was packed etc. – I can give you those photos to support your claim.

However, if the actual product is not visible through the outer packaging, I do not open them up to check. Opening stuff starts the clock ticking with regards to expiry. So, if you would like me to open up a palette and take photos prior to posting, please request that. (This does make it easier to prove whether a postie has done a drive-by package throw like an over-enthusiastic paper boy.)
