Backstory: She was an experiment from my parents who placed the top of a store bought carrot into the vege garden to see what would happen. No chemicals were used, just sun and water. She was picked on the 21st of May and is now inside a container in the fridge, wrapped in paper towels to ensure longevity and freshness.

Ignore my comment about her being on top of my wardrobe, that was only for 20 minutes while I did my research :)
