Purchasing a Heatpump is a significant investment but it doesn't have to be a daunting one.

We have a team of nationally trained and qualified Refrigeration and Electricians with over 25 years’ experience. We are factory trained and authorised to service and install Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, and Daikin and units. We have installed hundreds of heat pumps, we are experts in diagnostics, repair and take great pride in our work. On top of that you have the backup and support from the manufacturers to rely on.

BUYERS GUIDE

Using the Questions feature I can help you make a fairly accurate decision on the size and model of the heat pump you require based on the information required. When you agree to purchase the heat pump I will make an appointment to visit you to inspect the installation, confirm the unit is the correct and evaluate the installation. If the wrong unit has been selected then an alternative option will be offered with no obligation. Often if the correct unit has been selected the installation can be completed immediately and this will usually take between 3-5 hours.

When the installation has been completed and you are happy with the installation you will receive a GST invoice that must be paid immediately.

INSTALLATION

This unit is sold including a basic installation. Basic installation includes up to a 4m pipe run with a back to back installation within a 150km radius of Wellington City in the North Island. This means the indoor unit must be mounted on an inside wall with the outdoor unit mounted on the ground or a wall bracket directly behind. 99% of the time we can find a suitable position. Sometimes it is not possible but there are always other options we can explore.
