COLLECTION: PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AT ANY RANDOM TIME. You will receive an email informing your order / trademe item/s is ready to collect.

ADDRESS: Drop Off area, 20 Trash Palace, Broken Hill Road, Porirua. Proof of purchase required for collection.

SHIPPING: We aim to have your item packaged and with the courier within one or two business days from when payment is received. If an item listed is too large or heavy for the Trade Me Courier system you will need to arrange your own courier or transport company to pick up the item from Trash Palace in Porirua. The courier does not ship to PO Boxes.

• Please be aware rural towns (outside main towns/cities) can incur Rural shipping costs.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made via Ping or Direct Credit - Payment must be made prior collection.

WARRANTY: The CGA does not specify a time limit. Instead, it says products must last a reasonable amount of time. Trash Palace abides by CGA and have our electronics only warranty timeframes below:

• $0 - $100 = 7 Days Limited Warranty
• $100 - $300 = 30 Days Limited Warranty
• $301+ = 3 Month Limited Warranty

Warranty applies from day of purchase. Warranty does not include any misuse, damage, modification, business use.
