When it comes to building your own electric brewery, the Electric Brewery controller is the gold standard. And if, like me, you looked at getting one of these controllers landed in NZ you’d be weighing up a cool $10K.

Over a few years I sourced almost all the parts to build this bad boy myself but ended up having to leave the brewing game. I’ve held onto this until now because I still really wanted to build it as a project. But go it must, so someone is going to get an amazing deal on something that never pops up on Trade Me.

I’ve photographed all the parts – all genuine and authentic (Auber and Inkbird controllers), as well as the mechanical parts list so you can see what’s included. Then there are a couple of parts I’ve sourced from other suppliers – power ports, temp probes, couplers, a GIANT anodised heatsink etc.

I’ve intentionally opted not to get the box cut or have it sprayed black – that way you can lay it out in the configuration and spray it the colour that best suits you and your brewery.

A couple of grand’s worth of kit here, and an awesome project for someone who’s keen to step up their brewing game. I’ve paid for and downloaded the build guide PDF also, so will include that.
