I have owner this setting from new and for about 10yrs. Incredibly solid table with removable legs (see pictures) that make this table a breeze to move, and get into your home.

The table and chairs do have signs of wear, and there are some scratches. The chair seat based do show wear, but can be easily removed and ‘recovered’ should you wish. (See picture).

Ultimately you are buying a quality Oak dinning room table and chairs that needs some love to be bought back to 100%. Or possibly an amazing set for the Bach.
