/e/ Foundation is a new Android-based OS developed in the public interest as an ethical alternative to Google. /e/ is based on Linux principals and as such offers better security, privacy, performance, & stability (more free memory). /e/ also offers email, calender, contacts, data sync to the cloud as an option. /e/ uses an alternative to the core Google Services Framework, meaning that YOU own and control the phones core system, rather than Google. It is then impossible (and illegal) for Google to scan your personal data, search and location history, deny access to apps and websites, or monitor your conversations - which stock Android is known to do.

Price reflects the fact that I invest several hours into setting up each phone I sell to run /e/ and reliable google-free software. For example, access to apps through several leading app stores - including the option to download google apps or restore previous purchases from Play store. I have installed several themes including S9 and iphone look. Overall, a much nicer, safer, faster, and up to date phone than stock.
