/e/ Foundation [https://e.foundation] is a new Android-based OS developed in the public interest as an ethical alternative to Google. /e/ is based on Linux principals and as such offers better security, privacy, performance, & stability (more free memory). /e/ also offers email, calendar, contacts, data sync to the cloud as an option. /e/ will be familiar to Android users except that /e/ uses an alternative to the core Google Services Framework, meaning that YOU own and control the phones core system, rather than Google. It is then impossible (and illegal) for Google to scan your personal data, search and location history, deny access to apps and websites, or monitor your conversations - which stock Android is known to do.

Degoogled Android 11 uses Lineage 18 with MicroG. It offers performance, security and stability over stock Android. Similar to /e/ but without e services such as cloud sync.

Price reflects the fact that I invest several hours into each phone to set it up to run smoothly and curate a variety of google-free software so it is easy to use. For example, access to apps through several leading app stores - including the option to download google apps or restore previous purchases from Play store. Various themes installed including S9 & iPhone look. Overall, a much nicer, safer, faster, and up to date phone than stock.
