Lovely wood, not sure what it is, sweet tone, well made instrument with binding on neck, top and bottom.

Sounds similar to an old Hofner with emphasis on the brighter side of the register.

I have 2 old Hofs that I use for recording - they're great in the mix over a fuller sounding acoustic so this is sitting around getting grumpy at me.

I had Dan Woolgar in Hamilton fit a piezo under saddle pickup and preamp kit.

I'll probably only list this once, and regret selling it as soon as it's gone, but I've just bought a vintage Ibanez acoustic and the Hofs are doing the job that this one is good at so bid early and bid often.

Postage and Packing: Fees are worst case scenario. If it is less the difference will be refunded, if it is more I will wear it.

If picking up this item it will be available from my collection points in either Greenlane, Hamilton East or Putaruru after payment clears.

No exceptions or other collection alternatives.
