Murray is a very loving, loyal male, 3 year old, large American staffy x / we don't know what Murray is mixed with.

Murray is the most well behaved dog around the house. He has excellent manners, is eager to please, loves a bit of play and napping and doesn’t bark at people going past the house. He sits beautifully in the car like the King of the road.

He adores people especially children and almost never jumps up unless there’s meat in a shopping bag or he’s excited for dinner.

He is very eager to be a good boy so will try his hardest to do the right thing. He loves walks! He does a big bum shakes and takes us to his leash to ask for walk time. He gets zoomies galloping around the garden like a horse - he’s incredibly endearing, he can leap over garden walls like a parkour expert.

Murray is re-learning to feel safe in his crate and due to his history has separation anxiety and at times is unsure how to behave properly around other dogs.

Every person who meets Murray falls in love with him. He looks right into your heart with his eyes begging for his forever home.

Ellie’s Canine Rescue are based in the Greater Wellington region, depending on the dog we do adopt out of the Wellington region but request any potential owner meet us and the dog in person and if successful drive home with the dog. We do not ship dogs unmet. Undesexed dogs and puppies are not rehomed outside of the Greater Wellington Region.
