Bonnie is a very loving tan female German Shepherd X Huntaway mix. She is 4 months old and will be a large dog when full grown.

As her name suggests. Bonnie is beautiful, inside and out. She loves to learn new things and learns extremely quickly.

She's very obedient and loves to please, she is patient and generally very relaxed.

Bonnie plays hard when it's play time, and she has a lot of energy but settles down quickly when her surrounding does too.

She doesn't like noisy things like the vacuum and / or boisterous kids, she gets a bit frustrated when it gets too loud and busy around her which she'll communicate by barking.

Bonnie is very cuddly and loves to sleep right next to me or on me if I let her, when I'm preparing dinner, she lays on my feet.

She would love to go somewhere where she gets lots of love and attention as she really doesn't like being left alone.

She is great in the car and is pretty close to being fully toilet trained.

She listens to cues sit, stay and touch and is currently learning to lay down on command.

Ellie’s Canine Rescue are based in the Greater Wellington region. Depending on the dog we do adopt out of the Wellington region. We do not ship dogs unmet. Undesexed dogs and puppies are not rehomed outside of the Greater Wellington Region.
