Description
5 months old
RALPH is a beautiful and kind-natured Rottweiler x rescue, just 5 to 6 months old, looking for a fantastic home. We rescued Ralph and his sister Roxy from the local vet, where their only fate seemed to be euthanasia due to an owner's surrender. Ralph is truly a stunning young dog with a friendly and happy temperament (people and dogs friendly) who deserves so much more. He resembles the rare fluffy long coat Rottweilers, and while we haven't performed a DNA test, we believe that his lineage likely includes Rottweiler and a longer coat breed, most probably a Border Collie, especially considering how rare long coat Rottweilers are. Ralph is even tempered and very affectionate towards everyone he meets. He is highly focused on his handler, showcasing both remarkable trainability and intelligence. He yearns for human connections and forms strong bonds quickly. Ralph's temperament makes him a wonderful companion, and we deeply wish for him to find a loving and cherished home. If you feel a connection with Ralph and are looking for a loyal forever friend, please send us an inquiry at Adoption inquiry – Jack Dog Center (JDC Rescue) - https://jdcrescue.com/adoption-inquiry/ so we can review your information and reach out to you for a visit to see Ralph. We are situated in the Bay of Plenty and operate on a nationwide basis; however, we prefer that the adopter collects their new pet in person for the initial bond, welfare, and safety of the dog. Prior to arriving at our facility, all dogs are vaccinated, and they depart for their new homes microchipped, deflead, and dewormed. We provide a complimentary six-week health insurance package, which the adoptive family may choose to continue if they wish. We do not perform desexing procedures on dogs younger than two years old due to health considerations, and we recommend conducting a health DNA test prior to desexing. This should be discussed with a veterinarian. All of our dogs are subject to a non-breeding contract.
