I've had this tent for about 10 years. In that time it has sat happily in dry storage in the garage, with only about 3 visits outdoors, two of which where for my kids to spend a night outside. One was to a camping ground. So it is pretty much as new.

I haven't time to set it up, but I can guarantee that when I set it up last, everything was there and it was intact and waterproof.
