Shipping & Warranty Policies

We will only ship to New Zealand addresses and we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We accept faulty returns in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms. If you find the product is faulty, please get in contact with us. We will provide a Return Authorisation number and instructions on where to return. Item will be checked and fault verified before a remedy is provided. If fault is verified, we will refund the item and reimburse you for the cost of return shipping, if a receipt is provided. If the item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Change of mind/Order by mistake –

• Accepted when the initial enquiry is received within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking.
• Return item in original packaging along with all included accessories
• New condition and suitable for resale
• Not have been damaged during the customer's possession up to where the seller receives the product

The customer bears the risk and cost of the return, including return postage. We would recommend customers to use a tracked service for their return and using an insured service for any high value items. Any initial shipping fee paid for the order to the customer (as specified in the sales order) will not be refunded as the service has been used.

If the returned goods do not meet the criteria set out in this policy, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Return request may be rejected if:

• The customer lodges a change of mind request after the 14 day period
• The customer wishes to return open, used or damaged goods

Categories such as consumables and personal items are excluded from the Change of Mind Policy. This will be outlined on the product listing if an item falls within these categories.
