• Destination: Delivery to rural and remote locations will cost more than delivery to major cities.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout on our website or quoted to you directly via phone or Trade Me message. Shipping Method We utilize several trusted courier partners, including Post Haste, Courier Post, Mainfreight, and PBT Couriers, allowing us to select the most appropriate and cost-effective method for your specific part, whether it's a small parcel or a heavy pallet.

• When your item is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your consignment.
• If possible and deemed safe, items will be left in a secure location at the address specified, unless you request a signature required service.

Shipping Times Most orders for parts already dismantled and on the shelf are dispatched on the next working day after payment is confirmed.

• Standard NZ Delivery: You should typically allow 2–3 business days for delivery to major North and South Island cities.
• Rural Delivery (RD): Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for all Rural Delivery addresses.
• You will receive a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner after it is dispatched.

Restrictions Choice Auto Parts offers delivery within New Zealand only. We are currently unable to ship to international addresses, international Armed Forces bases, or any unverified freight forwarders. Public Holidays & Processing Times Packages are not shipped from our distribution centre on the following New Zealand Public Holidays:

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, or if the item was not what you expected it to be (please check photos and descriptions carefully before buying).
• Condition of Return: Any part returned must be in a resalable, unused condition, complete with its original packaging, and must be entirely undamaged.

3.Freight Charges - for returned items

• Faulty/Incorrectly Supplied: If the return is due to our error or a genuine fault, we will cover any reasonable cost of returning the item to us.
• All Other Returns: All other freight charges (including the original delivery fee) are to be met by the customer and are not refundable.

If a part fails to do the job it was intended for within 30 days, we will sort it out.

Claims Process and Fitting Requirements 1)Immediate Notification: If you find a part to be faulty, please notify us immediately via phone or email so we can start the process right away. 2)Our Commitment: Once a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the value of that item, at our discretion, ensuring the solution is fair and prompt. 3)Professional Installation:

• Some technical or complex items require installation by a qualified automotive technician to ensure the warranty is valid. This condition helps protect the part from installation damage. Proof of qualified installation may be asked for.
• If you are unsure whether a part requires professional fitting, please ask us before purchasing—we are happy to help!

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover To ensure we can provide the best parts for the right price, our warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by:

• User abuse, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear expected for a used item.
• Inappropriate, improper operation, or incorrect installation of the part.
• Any modification, alteration, or attempt to repair the product by the customer.
• Labour costs associated with the fitting or removal of the part.

Returns for Warranty

• Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection.
• The costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable. However, if the fault is confirmed and covered by our warranty, we cover the costs of sending out the replacement or repaired item.
