Refunds, Returns & Warranty – Trade Me Purchases Under the applicable consumer laws and Trade Me marketplace policies, Gooploo is required to provide a remedy where an item has a major fault or is significantly not as described. A product may be considered to have a major issue if it:

• Has a fault that would have stopped the buyer from purchasing the item had they known about it.
• Is unsafe to use.
• Is significantly different from the listing description or photos.
• Does not perform as reasonably expected and cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe.

When assessing a return or refund request, we may consider factors including:

• The condition of the item upon delivery.
• The time passed since the item was received.
• Whether the issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Change of Mind Returns

• Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to change of mind returns.
• Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories included.
• Sealed items must remain unopened and sealed.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If the item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible through Trade Me messaging.
• Once the return is approved, the buyer will need to return the item to us.
• After inspection and confirmation of the issue, an appropriate resolution will be provided, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Out of Stock Orders In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the buyer will receive a full refund.

Warranty

• Brand new devices include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
• Refurbished devices include a 12-month seller warranty provided by Gooploo.

3 Refurbished Devices Refurbished devices sold by Gooploo are professionally tested and graded according to the condition stated in the listing. Battery performance, cosmetic condition, and included accessories may vary depending on the grade specified.

4 Orders & Payments We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or incorrect listing information.
• Request additional verification before dispatching high-value orders.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will receive a full refund.

5 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within the handling timeframe stated on the Trade Me listing.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
• Risk passes to the buyer once the item has been delivered to the address supplied on the order.

6 Returns, Refunds & Warranty All returns and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our posted Refunds, Returns & Warranty policy and applicable consumer laws.

• Faulty or incorrect items must be reported promptly through Trade Me messaging.
• Change of mind returns may incur a restocking fee.

7 Warranty Coverage

8 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooploo will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of data, income, or business interruption.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party accessories.

9 Trade Me Policy Compliance Buyers and sellers must comply with all applicable Trade Me marketplace rules and policies. Any misuse of the platform, abusive conduct, fraudulent claims, or policy breaches may result in cancellation of orders or refusal of service.

10 Privacy Customer information provided through Trade Me will only be used for order fulfilment, support, warranty, and communication related to the purchase.
