Please remember to put the reference number (auction number) with your deposit, if you purchased more than one item you can use any trade number from your winning items as the reference number

• All payments need to be paid in full amount as stated in the auction (winning price and shipping fee are not negotiable)

• We always pack your products very carefully so they will arrive in great condition! We will try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. All of the winning items will be shipped within 1 working day upon the receipt of payment. We will also send you an email to confirm the delivery of goods
• Inspection prior to shipping. The orders placed by a customer will be inspected to ensure that the products are accurate and of good quality.
• We will offer you FREE SHIPPING (standard parcel post) when you purchase over $30 from us. (Please note: this FREE SHIPPING promotion is only verify on Shopping Cart purchases and non rural delivery)
• For combined shipping, items need to be paid altogether within 3 days after the first winning auction closed
• Rural delivery charge now applies to all kinds of parcel delivery method to rural areas as NZPOST stated. So please select the rural delivery option if the provided address is in rural areas.
• We will also cover the shipping insurance for all parcels which means if there is anything happened during the delivery (item lost, missing or damage) we will assist with you to get your money back.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can simply send it back within 7 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. We will refund the full cost of shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
• For a full refund or exchange Items must be returned in their original packaging, items must in new condition, unworn and free of damages by the customer.
• We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Items cannot be returned or exchaged after 7 days from the receipt of original order or damaged by liquid or impact..
• Most items purchased new come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects due to parts or workmanship (mechanical/electrical failures). Coverage lasts generally up to one year from the date of purchase. The warranty will not apply to any product that has been damaged by liquid or impact.
