The payment need to be made in fully within 3 working days unless other option has been made between us.

We provide 90 days return to base warranty for all our products except some auctions that stated the specific warranty details already

We offer 7 days unsatisfied return for refund policy. So if you are not fully satisfied with your purchased, or you change your mind after making a purchase or you purchased the incorrect item, you can return the item with 7 days of purchased for the refund.

The item must be returned in the original condition including all accessories, manuals, and documentation and packaging, and if you want another style or color exchange, The re-sending postage/handling cost required for 7 day unsatisfied return policy.

Our warranty does not apply where

1 Damage due to misuse or force damage 2 Incorrect installation or damage through mishandling 3 Excessive wear and tear, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions 4 Use of the product with unsuitable accessories 5 The item has been subject to abnormal use, abnormal condition, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature, authorized connections or repair

If we accidentally sent the wrong product, we will replace with the correct product, if the replacement is not available we will issues a credit or refund

Note:

• We will need to arrange the incorrect product return before we can supply the correct item
• We need to be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery
• The return item must be in an original condition / unused condition
• The return item need to be well packed

If item damaged or lost in transit, we will process a replacement or refund, the evidence and the damaged item with package is required for the courier claims, the replacement or new product can be resent unless we got the confirmation from the courier company, you must notify us with 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If you received the item is faulty, we will repair or replace or refund once confirm the problem

the faulty item required to be returned for warranty checking before we process the replacement or refund

If the item is faulty within 7 days of you received, we will arrange the return at our expense
