RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
We do not offer returns (refunds, exchanges and/or store credit) on change of mind or items on SALE, so
please choose carefully before making your purchase. All STATUTORY rights under Consumer Guarantee
at the absolute discretion of our customer service team.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
Amendments include:
Change of delivery address
Change of size colour or style
Change of Product
Adding and/or removing items from the order
Full order cancellations
FAULTY RETURNS
At Goods4U, we pride ourselves on everything being perfect with a high level of quality, however we
understand that there may be times where you need to return an item purchased from us.
If there is any fault with the products supplied, please email and make us aware of the situation along
with proof of purchase along with photos and a video.
You may then send the product back to us which will then be assessed by our customer services or
technical team.
We insist that all items are returned to us at customers expense in an original, resalable condition in
order for us to process refunds or exchanges. We will charge 20% re-stocking fees and also deduct the
initial postage cost which we incurred.
We will then issue you a repair, replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds for faulty products, your return request will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.
We'll keep you updated throughout the returns process, once Goods4U has inspected and accepted the
return. Any refunds, will be reimbursed via the same payment method used initially. Your financial
institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
Please return your item to us at Unit B, 259 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, New Zealand
with a completed returns form. (LINK to COME)
Please ensure the products is packages securely for courier transit, enclose the completed returns form,
and send it back to us. We will process your return at the earliest.
Any damage during transit of the goods to us, is buyer’s responsibility and cost entirely.
