Jones Online accepts payment via bank transfer and credit card for items which will be shipped to your address.

Pick up traders are welcome to pay in cash, card, or bank transfer.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

Full payment must be received by Jones Online before your item(s) will be released to you.

Delivery is available to almost anywhere in New Zealand excluding Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, and Great Barrier Island. If you require delivery to these places, please leave a comment for us on the corresponding auction before bidding.

Standard Delivery – 2 to 7 Business Days

Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch - $99 (unless otherwise indicated) Other Areas - $149

Order needs to be placed and payment received prior to 10am on a business day for delivery period to commence. Any order received after this will be placed the following business day.

Premium Delivery and Connection - 2 to 5 Business Days

Auckland Only - $149

Applicable to Washing Machines, Dryers and Refrigerators (unless otherwise indicated) which includes the delivery service, unpacking your appliance, removal of packaging, connection to existing outlets and removal/disposal of the existing appliance. Our Delivery Team will contact you to arrange a time.

Small Appliances – 3 to 5 Business Days

Courier available on Small Appliances NZ Wide

Hardwire / Gas

Some products require installation from a suitably qualified technician. For example Gas, Induction & some Wall Ovens. This is a service we do not currently offer but can be arranged.

Pickup Options

Pick up is available on some products. Please see listing for detail. 48 Business hours’ notice is required after payment to ensure items are ready for collection. You can pick up from the following address, any questions please call!

Refunds can only be granted after products have been received and inspected.

Our products can have up to 2 years warranty, please refer to the individual auction for product warranty periods.

If you change your mind on a purchase with is already paid in full and would like to receive a refund a restocking fee of 15% may be applicable.
