Our aim is to get the goods out of the store within 2 business days of receiving payment. Pick up is encouraged where ever possible to avoid delays. During weekends and public holidays, nothing is able to be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

As per the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods are not returnable simply because you change your mind. We always aim for happy customers, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, we will replace or exchange it If there is fault with the item, we request that you notify us within 4 days of receiving the goods As per the Consumer Guarantees Act, only if the item(s) are unable to be replaced or repaired then we will offer a refund.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return goods to us. If it is found to be a warranty issue, we will refund the freight charged incurred (proof will be required).

How much do mag wheel repairs cost?

The cost of wheel repair depends on many factors: The type of wheel, the wheel finish etc. We need to see the damage before an accurate repair quote can be given. Depending on the severity of the repairs, costs can range from $80 to $800 per repair.

What factors affect repair cost?

Labour is the biggest factor and is dependent on:

• Extent of damage to the wheel
• Type, size and style of wheel
• Number of wheels to be repaired at the same time

How long do repairs take?

Our normal turnaround time is a maximum of 5 working days. One of the great benefits of our service is that we can remove your damaged wheels and supply you with loan wheels. That way you aren’t without a car while your mags are being repaired.
