Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders after auctions close and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days unless other arrangements have been made with us. For your peace of mind and convenience, we only accept payment via Paynow.

Postage

We generally dispatch orders within 1 working day once payment has been received. Delays may occur during peak times. Deliveries normally require a signature on arrival. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, please have your items shipped to another address or indicate if the item can be left without a signature otherwise you will need to chase up the courier. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your address is correct before paying, as we can’t redirect the parcel after it has been posted.

Combine Shipping

We are happy to ship orders together providing we receive notice before the shipping process begins in our warehouse. Please email us the auction numbers you have won.

Warranty & Returns

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 30 days and we will replace it. A picture of damaged item/s will assist in us fixing the issue promptly. We will only refund faulty items when a replacement is not possible. Faulty items will need to be shipped to our New Zealand office for inspection, however we will cover this shipping cost.

Because we ship from Australia, change of mind returns will be at your own expense. Please read descriptions carefully especially for items that have specify size requirements.

Warranty does not cover: a. Free promotional bonus items. b. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. c. Neglect and careless storage. d. Unauthorised dismantles and repairs.

Pick ups

Pick ups are not available unless you’re flying to Melbourne, in which case come see us. Factory 7/8-20 Brock St, Thomastown 3074 Victoria, Australia (20 mins from the airport).

GST:

Because we operate from Australia, you don’t pay Australian GST on our products.
