Recipients of deliveries outside New Zealand may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Mountain Warehouse cannot offer assistance in these processes.

We would advise you to check the customs duty threshold of the country you are sending your items to before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold should you wish to avoid any additional charges.

Changed your mind?

Unwanted items can be returned within 60 days of receipt, subject to them being in their original condition.

BEFORE FOLLOWING THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE ENSURE TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST THROUGH THE TRADEME PORTAL.

If you choose to return any item bought online via the post using our label, this can be completed via our return’s portal: Simple return steps below:

1. Complete your returns form that arrived with your order – this must be included in your parcel. (If you can't find your Return form, please click here to print a blank form).
2. Click link: https://mountainwarehouse.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing/nz
3. Fill out your order ID (i.e. 199000082) & postcode
4. Fill out Personal information
5. Select your returns method
6. Generate Returns label
7. Package your return appropriately, you must include your completed returns form that arrived with your order
8. Apply label to outside of your return
9. Drop the parcel of at your local drop off location

Please note it will take up to 14 days from the day of sending, for your return and refund to be processed.
