Completing Your Purchase:

Please contact with us within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

If you would like an invoice please email me your details so I can complete one and email it back to you.

Payment Options:

We accept BANK DEPOSIT / TRANSFER OR CASH ON PICK UP. All prices include GST.

We can also organise freight to parts of NZ. Please inform us if you would like us to organise freight, and we can add this cost to the original amount.

All products will be shipped within 1-2 working days after the funds are cleared, and shall arrive within 2-3 working days to main cities of South Island and 3-5 working days to main cities in the North Island. Rural delivery takes longer to arrive. Pick up can be done from our office at - 8 Yukon Place, Hornby. We can also deliver within the Christchurch area for $57.50, including GST

Replacement Policy:

1. If our products are faulty, we will replace the faulty parts or the whole units.
2. If a product is damaged during transportation, and the customers inform the freight company in a proper and prompt manner, we will send a replacement ASAP.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
3. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
