Payment must be made (unless arranged otherwise prior to purchase) within 3 working days otherwise the item will not be held for you.

We accept credit and Eftpos cards, bank deposits, PayPal and Afterpay as payment options.

Credit card (2.5% surcharge) Debit card and cash are the acceptable options during pickups.

Wrap and tint is packaged and delivered by NZ Post who in turn use Courier Post for the packages so all your items will be delivered by courier typically within 1-3 working days. Tubes are industrial strength so there’s little chance of anything being bent or dented and everything (unless specified) is tracked along the route from us to you every step of the way. Courier Post bag items are delivered typically the next working day.

How can I track my order? Please get in touch by email to request a tracking number and we will be happy to oblige.

When will my order ship? We ship all orders within 24 business hours of purchase. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times vary from 1-3 working days however this process is entirely in the hands of NZ Post.

Returns If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). The item must be untouched, in its original condition and a return would only be acceptable if the item is a stock listed item and not cut to specific measurements. You may return any item to us for up to 14 days from the date on which it was delivered for a full refund (excluding any shipping charges).

If there is anything we can do to help you to avoid returning the item to us, please email us.

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for a like for like priced (or greater) item on the condition that the item being exchanged is in its original condition. Any shipping cost will have to be paid for by yourself to have the item sent back to us and to also have the alternative sent out to you again.

What brand is the wrap? The wrap and tint we sell are not branded.

Is it comparable to 3M or Avery? When its on then the average layman cannot tell the difference but the difference is in the ease of application. 3M is far easier to install which does not make ours rocket science but it will require a little more work and patience.

Can you install? We do not currently install but if you are based in Auckland then we would be happy to recommend a few installers.

Do you sell all the required tools? Yes everything other than a heat gun.

Is it easy to install? This is what we get asked the most and the answer is a tricky one. Yes easy if you take naturally to it because you’re quite good with the practical side of life and get your hands dirty often enough OR no not easy if you’ve been sat behind a desk all your life and you need to call someone in to fix stuff on a regular basis.

If you are planning a full wrap of a vehicle and you have never wrapped anything before then we would suggest committing to a small piece to try out a small but tricky area (for example a wing mirror) after you’ve succeeded or failed at it you will know more clearly whether wrapping is for you or not so much.
