Barfoot & Thompson Waiuku is assisting with this ‘Miniature’ Museum Fundraiser. In response to Waiuku Museum's call for community support, Barfoot & Thompson is helping to raise funds for much-needed repairs and upkeep.

The aging building urgently requires maintenance, including a new roof and upgraded restrooms. And despite being run by volunteers, the museum struggles to cover operational costs, charging only modest entry fees and receiving limited funding from the local council.

Waiuku is one of the country’s oldest-established settlements, dating back to the mid-1800’s. There’s so much history in the area, and Waiuku Museum plays a vital role in preserving this.
