To release the jet, open the doors at the pointed front end, gently press the trapdoor on the deck that is closer to the green chair. When Polly sitting on the green chair on the deck facing the front (make sure her arms are not touching the arm rest of the chair), and the jet boat is in its place, press the pink shade (or roof), Polly will slide into the jet boat, and the jet will shoot out.
