Kids play house I built brand new but has had no use .built to weather like a house All materials were new has running water with a tap and sink has drainage out the back .cedar shudders, plant box , deck , cubbords .t&g flooring ,great little play house size is 1700mmx1900mm cost on material to build this was around $2000 and I spent many hours building it .
