This much loved little playhouse currently resides in Howick. Our 3 girls have loved this cute little cottage but are getting a bit too old, so now it's your kids turn to love it.

It's fairly easily accessible although it will take perhaps a few people to move it. It's close to the road side where you could easily park your trailer below the retaining wall for removal.

It's in average, used condition but to be honest, that just adds to it's super cute, rustic charm. We'll make sure the kids give it a tidy and take out their "furniture" (ie: off cuts of wood) before you pick up. Unless your kids will enjoy the furniture - that comes free :>)
