Western Style Saloon Playhouse

Very well built Western Style Saloon Playhouse, made from quality materials about 8 years ago. Exterior is rough sawn stained Macrocarpa, interior is painted Custom Board. Walls are insulated with batts, windows are shatter proof Perspex, Roof is Coloursteel with custom flashings. (You could almost use it as a wee sleepout if you connected power) No leaks or moisture issues, could do with a re-stain, this was last done about 5 years ago. Our children have outgrown this so we would rather another family get some enjoyment out of it. Opening front window needs a latch, door latch needs repairing also, but still functions as a two piece door as it is.

Measurements are as follows:

Width 2400mm. Depth 2400mm. Height at its highest point is 2230mm. Doorway height is 1430mm. Internal height ranges from 1600mm at its lowest point, 1960mm at its highest.

This wee building would look great on any property either used as a playhouse or storage shed. A Hiab will be required to move it. (We've moved this to our current property very easily with a Hiab company) Located North Loburn.
