Pacific Catamaran 18"9'

One of the first fibreglass catamarans and beach cats manufactured from 1959. Boat for sale is maybe from early to mid sixties and has a hard fibreglass deck. Sail no is P224. Beachcat from the USA. I have had it for a few years and completed quite a lot of maintenance including repainting of hulls. The deck still need cleaning and painting but is fine for in the water. It is pretty quick for an old boat and is definitely a two man boat. Not as good as a Hobie in a light breeze but does the business in a good wind. Has a double trapeze on each side. A few seasons ago, I capsized the boat over in a heavy southerly and did some damage which has since been repaired. An old boat which has some visible repairs, superficial cracks and needs more maintenance but will give you the thrill you are looking for.

Comes with the following; Main sail - average condition Jib sail x 3 - average condition Spinnaker sail - has been repaired but has not been used as there is no sheet in the mast. Spinnaker pole Trapeze harnesses x 2 - one average, one good condition Brass centre/dagger boards Other bits and pieces

Trailer is in average condition with new wheels, hubs and axle. Rego and warrant has expired but I will renew on purchase.
