This is the spring that returns the gearstick from the 1-2 side to the centre. The spring that returns from the 5-R side is internal in the gearbox.
These have a habbit of pinging off into the void.
Suits phase-I ("4-bolt") and phase-II ("8-bolt") 5-speed manual transmissions Does not fit VA wrx's. Does not fit 6-speeds
