2021 Alfa Romeo Spider 4C
Background check
Description
The most amazing car I’ve ever driven. The driving experience is so engaging and active, every drive is absolutely special and brings a smile to your face. The car feels nimble at a little over 900kg, with 237hp the power to weight ratio is in supercar territory.
Carbon fibre monocoque chassis with a 1.8L 4 cylinder turbo, the car feels like a go kart. The engine is just behind the driver’s seat, you hear the turbo boost and whistle, what an experience.
Only a handful of 4c spiders were registered in NZ and this car is a collectors item. I’m the 2nd owner, the dealer having “owned” the car twice. The car is in immaculate condition and has low kms. Full service history and all paperwork is with the car. Unfortunately I’m building a house and have to part with my beloved.
The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider is made in the Maserati plant in Modena.
Specifications include; Gunmetal Grey metallic paint Red Brembo brakes Carbon Exterior accents Carbon Headlights Carbon Tub Paddle shift Car cover Cleaning Kit 0-100 in 4.1 seconds Black bucket seats Black number plate Digital dash
If you are considering any of the following vehicles; Porsche Boxster, Cayman, 911, Lotus Emira, Elise, Exige, Toyota Supra, BMW M4, M3, M2, Audi RS4, Mercedes Benz C63, SLK. This would make the perfect alternative.
Questions & Answers
Has it had the timing belt and bolt torque services done? metapraxis02 (71 • 6:40 pm, Tue, 9 Dec )I will check the service logs tomorrow but unlikely it’s had a timing belt service as this is usually done at 100000kms or 5 years, whichever come first. The first owner had it serviced at the dealer in Christchurch (Euromarque) and I’ve just had it serviced at Hansen’s in Queenstown. All the service papers are with the car. irshaad89 (7 • Tuesday, 9 December 2025 )I checked the service history and it mentions checking the drive belt but never replaced. It doesn’t say torque tensioning specifically but it says check suspensions components, check steering components etc. Seller comment Wednesday, 10 December 2025
