1975 Holden Statesman

Price negotiable. A truly fine example of a Statesman De Ville with the same owner for the past 22 years. This car has been cared for and garaged since I purchased it and is 99.9% rust free, no bog in this one. Finished in Spies Hecker base coat clear coat paint system. Very tidy original interior as visible in photos. Tidy under carriage rust treated and painted. Fully reconditioned 308 and Trimatic Transmation around 6000 kms ago. Pacemaker headers, Edelbrock torker manifold, new silver series 600 Holley carb and Mr. gasket street scoop. Bosch electronic ignition with new alternator and high-performance leads. New large three core aluminum radiator with 16" electric fan and separate trans fluid cooler. Fully re-wired engine bay. Gilmer drive kit added. Sailsbury 10 bolt diff with new super polished 3.08 ratio crown and pinion gears. Professionally lowered on king springs and Monro gas shocks. New rear brake cylinders, brake shoes, and drums have been machined. Near new 17" SS Cragar's and Tyres (around 1000 kms ago) This car turns heads with its sharp chrome on black appearance, it is the ideal summer cruiser but has plenty of punch when you put your foot down. It has done very low kms and only driven on weekends to cruises and car shows etc. This statesman is in turn the key and go condition or offers a solid base for a full street machine project. It has been meticulously cared for and is looking for new owner to do the same for the next part of its life. It's not perfect, it has a couple of bumps and bruises but all in all it is pretty close to it and needs someone who will keep up with the TLC and Maintenace. The car comes with a spare bonnet, spare rear windscreen, remote controlled electric dump valves which are easily swapped out for a section of the exhaust.
