Mazda 121 Coupe 1976

1976 Mazda 121 Coupe in Red with Burgundy Interior, 1.8L 5 Speed Manual with Factory Alloys, Rear Louvre.

Produced from 1976 this is one of the first 121's to be sold new in NZ. Classic 70's Mazda Styling and quite rare to find In this condition.

This is a regretful sale and ive struggled with the decision to sell for some time, I would prefer this goes to a collector or someone who will really look after it.

Body: The body is in great condition, one small dent just below the LF headlights and a small crease at the bottom of the LR guard which is hardly noticeable. The paintwork is in reasonable condition though when rust repairs were done to the doors the panel beater wasn't especially good at matching paint to the rest of the car. The windscreen has a small crack on the passenger side at the top though this has never affected or been mentioned in WOF's in the 3 years or so ive owned it.

Interior: The Upholstery is in really good condition with no rips in the cloth, the only tear is in the vinyl on the drivers seat squab at the front (Just needs re-stitching). The door trims are in excellent condition apart from some wear on the drivers side at the top. The dash top has some cracks as most cars of his era seem to. Has factory radio and cassette deck for originality (Not hooked up)

Engine: Original factory engine in great condition, quiet and smooth. The car has just been serviced at 190,000km, a wheel alignment was done to, plus had a new WOF just over a month ago

Rust: There a couple of small bubbles at the top off the LF Guard and a small spot in the middle of the boot lid, no rust in the doors.
