First registered in Whakatāne on 5 September 1966 and originally supplied to a commercial window-cleaning business. As was common for Volkswagens sold new in New Zealand during this era, the vehicle is believed to have been assembled locally from German-supplied CKD kits." fatju6 (125 • Monday, 1 June 2026 )
