Initial contact with Penrose sales rep was poor, he was blase meant to ph me back when he was back at work didnt ph me back, car ended up being sold. Below par sales assistant Rotorua, was given inaccurate information, pressured me for a sale, i wasn't happy only bought car as a result of excellent service from sales manager which secured sale
