Impersonal, I did not feel important, just another sale. I asked questions about the car that salesman couldn’t answer & seemed disinterested in finding out for me. Some options to bundle the cost of changing the screen to NZ English would be helpful. We were not shown any of the features of the car or how to use any of the unique functions. Rushed through the finance part & wanted to include payment protection into the finance & was told to contact the finance company, who said to contact the car sales, so was mucked around & ultimately wasn’t able to get this. Survey needs more options to provide comments.

I bought a car from them this week and found them really easy to deal with. Before purchasing, I had an independent pre-purchase inspection done through Kick The Tyres, and it came back with only a couple of minor issues—a window replacement and a tail light repair. They fixed both without any hesitation. The car was ready for collection just a couple of days after I purchased it. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily buy from them again.
