I was really impressed with all the help I received. Chucky was extremely supportive about purchasing Mazda. Went the extra with talking to his manager about me placing a deposit to hold vehicle as I live in another district. He answered all the questions I had. He did a brilliant job of showing me all the little quirky bits of vehicle. Folding down seats, showing compartments, were spare tyre was & jack. Explained about batteries & engine bay & sliding doors & the 3 different ways of operating them. Were fuse box was in motor. What to do if battery goes flat in auto key. Which I discovered there are two of. Allowed me 30mins to test drive. It was straight forward doing paper work for purchase and explained clearly to me. I was given options for insurance & mechanical policy insurance which also included AA road side rescue. Extremely satisfied with service I received.
