There was no communication at all, no responses to my txt messages and my calls were not taken or returned. I asked multiple times for communication over the 4 months I was waiting for this car yet this fell on deaf ears. I am disappointed with the final finish to the repair paint job and then the car battery went flat once the car was in my possession. I was questioned on this and was given the impression I was not going to get a replacement, I then had to install the battery myself. So all in all the over all experience of Chiba Autos was a very bad one. I was frustrated on so many occasions and would not recommend this car dealer to anyone. It was just circumstances and the car it's self to why I pursued it, if there was a similar car with all the same features elsewhere I would have definitely gone else where. I hope your sales staff take advise and improve there level of service otherwise returned business woul not be forth coming. I certainly would purchase another car from Chiba Autos. Thanks
