I did extensive research and test drove 10 vehicles in Christchurch. I had very specific requirements, and Darcy's knowledge helped me arrive at the correct decision. I made my purchase 5 weeks ago, have racked up 2,500ks in my 2015 Mazda Biante, during which time I have become increasingly happy with the balance between safety, reliability, fuel economy, ride comfort, and functionality as a people carrier or van with the seats removed. As a buyer, I made 2 errors...I did not check that there were 2 keys with the vehicle... consequently I had to get a second one, and I got a new stereo fitted by the company next door without inspecting it first and its not my flavour at all. Caveat emptor. Will definitely be going back to Darcy when I need another vehicle. Can't comment on anyone else in the organisation as he's the only person I dealt with. However, I would stress is that I had tried to phone DJ Auto on 2 separate occasions to arrange a test drive, and nobody answered the phone, so initially they weren't on my list. It just so happened I had an hour to spare after 3 test drives one day, so I called in unannounced. A sale that almost got away perchance????

Very happy. Overall, I would recommend and I received excellent service particularly during the busy last few days of the year.
