I was an out of town buyer, so did not see the car or dealership or the car until pick up but there was good communication with regular updates on the progress of the car being readied for sale. They meet all of my requests and offered solutions for the things I wanted to get done before pick up. It was a trouble free experience and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
