Amazing great experience from start to finish. Came in to look at a certain car Friday afternoon, had a quick chat to Andy and we decided that we’d come back in the morning for a test drive to see how I like it. 5 minutes into the test drive I knew this would be the car I was going to purchase. Once we returned Andy asked how the test drive went and I explained that I loved it and we’d be buying the vehicle. We traded in my trusty Yaris and after about 20 minutes r so of paper work the keys were in my hands and we were driving home! Dealing with Andy was such a breeze and he was super helpful!

It is not easy to put some faith in a car dealer especially as a solitary woman, but going on the references and feedback, plus the ongoing experience at the time, I felt more comfortable. In the end I bought the best car for me, and I was helped by Andy to make that a reality.
