Amazing friendly super helpful double checked that I was happy before following through

Just took ages to hear back once we called about a car. The staff member was busy and 'just finishing up' and waited for a call back for a few hours. Had to follow up ourselves a couple times before getting to talk to someone on the phone. Otherwise good service thanks.
