Paying for car and discussing bank details at front desk with people walking past and traffic noise from nearby street is not acceptable.This should be done in the private office where finance and insurance was offered to us. Also waiting for up to 2 hours for bank payments to come through.Can a system be implemented to speed this up?

The ladies at the desk to their best with the layout of the offices, please next time just ask to be taken back into the finance offices if you want more privacy.
